Yes. Our inclusions are flexible and can be tailored to suit your budget and preferences. This is discussed during your initial consultation and refined throughout the design and selection process to ensure transparency and value.

Yes. We manage the approvals process on your behalf. Whether your project is eligible for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or requires a Development Application (DA), we prepare and lodge all necessary documentation in accordance with NSW planning and Fair Trading requirements.

Absolutely. We offer a complete knockdown rebuild service, managing the process from demolition of your existing home through to construction and final handover of your new home, all in compliance with NSW regulations.

Yes. We design and build granny flats, offering both pre-designed options and fully custom solutions. Our team will guide you through design, approvals, and construction to ensure your granny flat meets NSW requirements and suits your block and needs. 

Yes. Landscaping can be included as part of your build, allowing your home to be presented ready to move in. Options may include turf, garden beds, clotheslines, and other external finishes. Speak with our team to discuss inclusions.

While we do not operate traditional display homes, our Colour Selection Studio located in Camden, NSW showcases many of the products, finishes, and inclusions used in our homes. We also present examples of our completed projects and, where possible, can arrange viewings of recent builds.
